As all our T-shirts are either screen-printed by our own fair hands or high quality heat transfers we can accurately quote the delivery times for your t-shirts. We aim to print and mail out your t-shirts to you within 5 business days of receipt of cleared payment. Realistically you can expect your order within a week but please allow up to 14 days in the UK and 21 days internationally.  All UK orders are mailed using first class mail. We do not offer a recorded or tracking service. All other orders are mailed using Royal mail Airmail.

Costs for shipping your beautiful T-shirts are as follows:

 Destinations within the UK cost          £2.10 p+p and £1.15 for each additional shirt 
 Destinations in Europe cost                £3.10 p+p and £1.85 for each additional shirt 
 All other destinations cost                  £3.80 p+p and £1.80 for each additional shirt

What? Something wrong with your T-shirt? 

Oh well, don’t panic. All you need to do is download our return form, fill it in and return it with your unworn t-shirt within 7 days of receipt to Blue Ray T-Shirts, Old Willow Farm, Norwood Lane, Newchurch, Romney Marsh, Kent, TN29 0DY.

Please fill the form in correctly stating whether you’d like an exchange or refund. All returned shirts that require a refund would be subject to a 15% re stocking fee that will be deducted from the refund amount. Do not send your returns recorded or signed for as there may not always be someone here to sign for it and it won’t be collected.
